Return Process

Contact our support team via the official REDMAGIC portal within 15 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place your device, along with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, into a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
